Kind regards,ShopwalaI have disputed the charge through my credit card company and I encourage each of the many consumers who contacted me and who have the same problem to do the same.
I bought a fitness watch from myshopwalla.com having been attracted to their product by their Facebook advertisement. I received the watch about 3 weeks after the order was processed.
Frankly, it looks like a very nice item. The problem is one needs a smartphone to program the watch. I don't own a smartphone nor do I want to own a smartphone so I decided to return the watch. In addition, I was unhappy with the poor translation of the small manual that came with the watch or that no manufacturer's technical support number was included in the manual.
MyShopwala itself, the retail store, lists its Chinese business phone. I suppose if you want to call China, that would be a possibility. Customer service is handled via their in house email system. Here is their "Return Policy"

Shopwala refused to supply an address to which I could return the watch. After several email attempts, the replies I received advertused the reliability of their product. After many explanations to them stating the reason for the return, they continued to refuse to accept a return.
I offered to return the watch in exactly the same way as I received it, in its proper packaging and at my expense. They refused.
I would not recommend dealing with a company that falsely advertises their return policy and has no domestic customer service phone number to reach their deceptive customer service.

Scam Pakistani company
I had to appeal to PayPal to get it done.They wanted to know my explanation and they sent it to the scam company. PayPal to decided to refund the money, but I had to return the watch to China that cost me $40 and then PayPal will refund the funds.Meanwhile, the scam company sent another watch directly from England.This was something that they could have done 2 months ago, but I guess they did not want to until PayPal got involved.Now, I am waiting to get my $110 back while paid $40 for re-sending and now I have a new watch that works.I said all along, that there is nothing wrong with the watch and it is the app does not function (many people had mentioned that) and I guess they forced that app author to take out the bugs.I will never buy from this company again.

I bought a shower head from a Facebook ad that claimed a money back if not satisfied. Then when I finally received the purchase it was a plastic piece of cheap crap.
And I paid 55$ for it. Didn’t even have a hose.
So I want to return it but have been told they don’t give refunds. Liars!

I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I recommend that you do the same.
Here is their final message to me; a direct contradiction to their stated refund policy: "Shopwala Support via freshdesk.com 5:04 AM (18 hours ago) Hello, Purchases made in our store are final, meaning that no refund or exchange will be offered after the shipment of your product.
